This Morning Routine Will Improve Your Mood

Start your day strong.

Time is precious it’s the most expensive thing that we own and once it is spent we don’t get it back. Start each day with asking how am I going to spend my time? Start by waking up a little early than you usually do rushing to get somewhere can throw your day as well as your mood off. Eat breakfast! And no a cup of coffee does not count, it can be something small but this simple tasks is not only good for the mind but the body too hence breakfast. Most likely the last thing you ate was 9 to 12 hours before you woke up the engine needs the fuel to go so feed it. Make checklist or todo list for the day and/or week. Nothing is better than setting goals be them big or small. They become motivational and gives us the feeling of accomplishment. Do something you enjoy from reading a book, journaling, watching a quick show or listening to a podcast. Set the tone of your day.
