Our approach
We are a group of mental health professionals who provide quality mental health care. Our services include an expertise in crisis and traige care which consists of Mobile Crisis Response, 23 and 1 and Community Stabilization. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing linkage and education to therapy, medication management, coaching, and more. We also provide long term services through Mental Health Skill building and Intensive In home. Let us help you connect with one of our counselors who meets your needs and is available to see you in your time of need.
Providing you with a safe space
All your appointments will take place in the comfort of your home or in the community giving each person individualized care. We ensure that our services will assist in deescalating crisis situations and provide you with wrap around care if needed.

Biweekly Art Immersion — Adult and Kids Sessions
Overview Two separate, focused art sessions meet every other week: one for adults and one for children. Each class offers a structured yet flexible curriculum that emphasizes hands-on practice, fundamental techniques, and creative exploration. Classes run 2 hours each and are taught by experienced instructors in age-appropriate studio environments.
Adult Session (Ages 18+)
Format: 2-hour session, biweekly
Focus: Skill development in drawing, painting, mixed media, and composition; individual projects with instructor feedback
Structure: Brief demonstration, guided exercises, open studio time for personal work, group critique
Outcomes: Improved technical skills, independent artistic direction, finished pieces to build a portfolio or display
Materials: Basic supplies provided; students encouraged to bring preferred tools for personal projects
Atmosphere: Calm, focused, and supportive—suitable for beginners through advanced hobbyists
Children’s Session (Ages 6–12)
